ABOUT THE PROJECT
MoscowDocs is aimed at disclosure of unpublished Statutory Instruments of the Moscow Government that were officially provided to Prime-Tass (50% of shares of Evrofinance Mosnarbank) upon its request.
List of statutory instruments of Mayor of the Moscow city and The Moscow Government, adopted within 1998-2009, access to which was denied.

On October 10, 2010 the trial was postponed until November 10, 2010.
On September 10, 2010 the Arbitration Court of Moscow assigned the case for the trial on October 11, 2010. Motion of the defendant's proxy to abate the suit due to its non-cognizance to jurisdiction of commercial courts was dismissed.
On August 30, 2010 a motion to clarify the court’s order dated August 16, 2010 and to call evidence was filed.
On August 16, 2010 the Arbitration Court of Moscow resolved to start the case No А40-97212/10-84-538 with preliminary hearings on September 10, 2010.
On August 12, 2010 complaint founded on the Moscow Government refusal to disclose requested information regarding its activities was filed.
